To delete your account, please follow the steps below within the LetAI mobile app. Account deletion is only available through the app itself.

Note that deleting your LetAI account will erase all your personal and health data, in-app activity, and analytics data, and withdraw your consent to the processing of this data.

You will not be able to recover this account once removed.

Within the LetAI app

1. Open the LetAI app on your mobile device.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Tap "Аккаунт".
5. Tap "Удалить аккаунт".
6. Confirm your account deletion when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

If you no longer have access to your device or the app, you can request deletion by emailing us at support@letai-app.com from the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion.
